Before you’ll think us crazy, we’ll say it again: there are no healthy foods.
No food is healthy or unhealthy in itself. How much of it we eat, when we eat it and how we cook it will make it healthy – or not.
Above all, how much of the foods our body really needs- and when it needs them- is all that matters.
In this course you will find hands-on nutrition knowledge (and we mean hands-on!) which you will apply immediately, every day; a Mastercourse on how to pair foods for exquisite taste, so that even Michelin starred cooks will envy you; and finally, very original cooking techniques to help you make amazing foods with zero bad things in them (in case you wonder, delicious ice cream with zero fat in it and scrambled eggs with just two drops of butter are coming your way). And of course, you will learn exactly which foods and how much of them just YOUR body needs and how to shed that extra weight for good- if you need to.

1 The wrong half of the carrot
Carrots are very good for you, right?
Not so fast! The right amount of carrots, when your body needs the contents of carrots and with the right cooking method for carrots is more like it. But don't worry, we'll make it easy on you.
We will start our journey through nutrition very hands-on: you will be requested to choose from a number of different pictures, you will have some "aha!" moments along the way, you will discover exactly which foods you need every day and why, you will calculate the amount of nutrients your children need and why it's different from both yours and from each other, and finally you will even help someone else with their breakfast! >>>
2 Sweet sixteen
... going on 90, actually, and in this module you will learn all about sugars, what they do and why you need to eat way less than 90 grams of them a day - plus you'll do a fun experiment with some sugar and 3 glasses of water in your kitchen (nothing will explode, we promise!).
Along the way you'll get to cook a fabulous apricot and ginger bars recipe with not a trace of refined sugar in it and learn what to replace bad white sugar with - and when, and how. >>>
3 Blueberry blues
In this module you will learn about fiber, what it does (a lot of good things, actually!) and how to get more of it in your diet.
You'll even get to cook blueberry and cardamom jam (absolutely delicious, we promise!) and will apply your newly acquired fiber expertise in quite an unusual way - plus you'll get to make an aiplane! (out paper, of course).
